The People At North Coast Are Amazing
The people at north coast are amazing. Every single person from the sale person Johnathon to Logan in service department were exceptional. I purchased a used vehicle that was in an accident they walked through every that happen to the vehicle in the car facts to give me the confidence I was buying a safe reliable vehicle. The manager was able to get me a fair trade in price and arrange for some repairs and loaner when they were being done 3 day after purchase. The brakes were pulsing and when I took the vehicle in the check them and replaced all four routers for free! Unbelievable service. I highly recommend.
Worst Experience Of My Lifetime Dealing With Liars
Worst experience of my lifetime.People working there are liars and have no respect for customers snd their time.Very unprofessional and not willing to work with the customer.I drove 4 hours and told the contact person that i am coming over. After i got there, i was told that there is an another buyer. After few minutes that buyer financing was rejected and they started on my paperwork. After another hour, i was told that the other customer bought the car.Wasted 8 hours in driving and had to deal with liars!

I financed a vw Jetta 2017 and I contact them day after day about them paying for a piece THAT WAS MISSING ON MY CAR they must have lazy staff because they took a picture of the area of the part I needed literally just a side panel for inside the door I went up there he said that its been too long but I contacted them multiple times before hand asking for the piece youd think that youd just get what you purchased I hope nobody has a bad experience there but I did and its disappointing I cant put my son on the side of the car so that I can see him when Im in the other seat

I Worked With Knobi On My Latest Purchase From The
I worked with Knobi on my latest purchase from the dealership and she was awesome. Im not easy. I came in with my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and explained I didnt want to veer away from the vehicles on my list that I researched prior to coming. She never once attempted to veer me away from what I knew I was there to see and she most definitely was never that pushy car salesman. Loved her. Also, want to give a shout out to Bianca who technically may not have been the sales person but she also has amazing customer skills and made a friend for life with my 4 year old. She would come outside the first time I went there just to keep my daughter company. These two ladies are #1 in my book. Thanks for the Jeep ladies! I cant leave out Kristine who hunted down the ladies that I was looking for and set me up with them. Kristine was also outstanding.
