When the pandemic hit, the world stopped spinning for a lot of people, said Tim Wright, owner of a Maaco center in Farmington, MI. But the Maaco management team was quick to make the adjustments necessary to support their franchisees when it was needed the most.
What was great about the R.A.M.P. program was that the franchisees were involved in providing and presenting the content to their peers, Wright said.

Excellent Work And Customer Service
I took my daughter’s car to Maaco in Newmarket to have her door repainted as there were some rust spots. She had taken her car in quite sometime ago to obtain an estimate but it was several months later that we finally got around to having the work done. They honored the estimate and did a really nice job on the door. Furthermore, they were so pleasant and did a complete detailing of the inside of her car which was unexpected but really needed. Thank you for a great job on my daughter’s car and for providing superior customer service. I will definitely recommend Maaco Newmarket to my friends and family!
